Hi! My name is Georgia Rose and I am a young singer/songwriter from the Peterborough area.

I began playing guitar, singing and writing songs in the summer of 2022. By the end of 2023 I started performing publicly at open mics and my own gigs. In April of 2024 I placed in the top 3 at Peterborough’s Got Talent and in September of 2024 I was awarded 1st place in The Kawartha Lakes Alliance of Singer/Songwriters’ Contest. My winning song is titled "Where Did We Go?" and it is now available on all streaming platforms! You can also find the music video for "Where Did We Go?" on YouTube. Throughout my music journey I have gained a lot of experience and confidence. I have performed at a wide variety of venues in Peterborough and the surrounding area, both by myself and with bands.  I have been playing outside of my home town more and more frequently and I'm excited to see where my music takes me. My main genre is Indie Pop, but I play a wide variety of cover songs along with original material. Something for everyone!
